Monitoring CCH Scan Processing in the Queue

The Queue tab in CCH Scan Administrator lists all of the documents that are being processed, as well as a description of the job status. To find a specific file in the CCH ScanJobs grid, you can enter a search term in the search box in the upper-right part of the window. You can also sort, group, or filter the list, if needed.

• To sort the list, click the column header for the column you want to sort by.
• To group the list, drag the column header for the field you want to group by into the area above the list.
• To filter the list, enter filter criteria in the blank row immediately below the header row. You can enter filter criteria for more than one field, if needed.

You can perform the following tasks on the Queue tab:

• Import files for CCH Scan processing
• Change the priority for individual jobs
• Start or stop a job
• Delete a job from the queue
• Refresh the queue
• Open the source file for a job with an error
• Reset a validation lock
