Removing a CCH Scan Job from the Queue
All CCH Scan users have the ability to delete jobs that display an error link in the queue. In CCH Scan Administrator, you can also delete jobs that are waiting for processing, currently being processed, or ready for autoflow.following
- In CCH Scan Administrator, click the Queue tab.
- Find the job in the CCH Scan Jobs grid. See Monitoring CCH Scan Processing in the Queue for information about searching, grouping, sorting, and filtering capabilities on the Queue tab.
- If the job is currently being processed, right-click the job and select Stop. Otherwise, continue with the next step.
- Right-click the job again, and then select Delete.
Note: To delete multiple jobs at a time, see Performing Batch Operations in the Queue.
- If you are removing a job with a Ready for Autoflow status, skip to the next step. Otherwise, proceed as follows:
- Select the Save Import File check box to save the original import file to another location before deleting the job. Navigate to and select the location to save the file. Clear the Save Import File check box to delete the job from the queue and the pending folder.
- Select the Clear Batch History check box if you do not want to save the job to history. Clear the check box to save the job to history.
- Click Yes to delete the job with the selected settings. Click No to cancel the job deletion.
