Changing the Priority of a CCH Scan Job

Changing a job's priority changes the order it is processed in. By default, a job's priority level is determined by the priority assigned to the import folder that it originates in, then by the order that the import folders display on the Folder Settings tab. You can change the priority of an individual job by doing the following:

  1. In CCH Scan Administrator, click the Queue tab.
  2. Find the job in the CCH Scan Jobs grid. See Monitoring CCH Scan Processing in the Queue for information about searching, grouping, sorting, and filtering capabilities on the Queue tab.
  3. Right-click the job, and then select Set Priority.
  4. Select the priority level for the job.
