CCH Scan Workstation includes several small modules that allow you to manage various parts of your CCH Scan jobs. These components are as follows:

CCH Scan Workstation is typically installed on workstations where scanning devices are located. You can also install it on workstations where CCH Scan jobs are assigned. If staff members handle their own scanning and CCH Scan processing, CCH Scan Workstation should be installed on their workstations as well. Workstations must have access to the shared Import folders to monitor jobs in CCH Scan Workstation.
To open CCH Scan Workstation, select CCH Scan Workstation from the Start menu. The CCH Scan Workstation module opens and can be minimized to your task bar.
