Pages you delete from a PDF cannot be recovered. However, if you need to add a page back to the PDF and still have access to the source file, you can add it as a new page. You also have the option to extract a page to its own PDF and then remove it from the original PDF.
- Delete a single page. Do either of the following:
- Right-click a page thumbnail in the navigation pane, and then select Delete Page.
- Click the page thumbnail in the navigation pane, and then click Delete Page on the PDF Viewer ribbon.
- Delete multiple pages at once. While pressing the Ctrl key, click the thumbnail images for the pages that you want to delete in the navigation pane. Then, do either of the following:
- Right-click one of the selected page thumbnails, and then select Delete Pages.
- Click Delete Pages on the PDF Viewer ribbon.
