Deleting Pages

Pages you delete from a PDF cannot be recovered. However, if you need to add a page back to the PDF and still have access to the source file, you can add it as a new page. You also have the option to extract a page to its own PDF and then remove it from the original PDF.

Tip: Deleting a page from a PDF causes the PDF to be rebuilt. Inserting a target sheet and adding files to the PDF also trigger a rebuild. If you need to perform several of these tasks in the same PDF, consider working in Edit mode instead of using the procedure below. The Edit mode can save you time by preventing the PDF from rebuilding until you have completed all the required editing tasks.

Note: If you want to undo your page selections, right-click one of the selected page thumbnails and select Clear Selection.
