Viewing Job History Information in CCH Scan Workstation

You can access a list of all CCH Scan jobs in the CCH Scan Workstation History window. To access the History window, do one of the following:

To find the jobs you need on the History window, do the following:

  1. Filter the list of jobs by doing the following:
    1. In the Catalog list, select the catalog used for the job, then click OK.
    2. In the Setting Name list, select the folder setting for the job, then click OK.
    3. Enter dates in the From and To fields to specify the date range when the job was processed.
  2. If needed, enter a search term in the box above the grid.

    You can also sort, group, or filter the list, if needed.

Note: To reset the list to the default grid layout, right-click a column or row and select Reset Grid Layout.

After making your selections, the total number of files imported and exported display beneath the grid. These totals are for the selected import folder during the selected date range. The number in parenthesis indicates the total number of pages in the listed CCH Scan jobs, including any cover pages, target sheets,1 and blank pages.

Once you have narrowed the jobs on the History tab to the ones you need, you can do any of the following:

Note: A yellow triangle with an exclamation point next to a CCH Scan job indicates that either the archive or export file is missing. A red circle with an exclamation point next to a CCH Scan job indicates that both the archive and export files are missing.

1 A page inserted before individual documents in a CCH Scan job. Target sheets have a bar code that indicates where a new bookmark should be placed in the final PDF. Target sheets should be used for most multi-page documents but are not necessary for single-page documents. Target sheets can be inserted digitally with CCH ProSystem fx Funnel or printed from CCH Scan Workstation.
