Sending Export Files to CCH Document

If your firm has CCH Document licenses and the CCH Document and CCH Scan interfaces are configured, you can use the following procedure to send the generated PDF files from CCH Scan processing to CCH Document.

1. Do one of the following:

• In CCH Scan Administrator, click the History tab.
• In CCH Scan Workstation, select File > History. You can also right-click a job in the grid and select History.

2. Find the CCH Scan job in the grid.

Notes:

If the job you are looking for does not display in the list, click Refresh to update the list.

3. Right-click the job and select Send Export File to Document.
4. If needed, enter your CCH Document credentials.
5. Complete the required information in the Add files window. Click in the window to view detailed information about it.
