Editing Settings for an Existing Import Folder

To edit the settings for an existing import folder, do the following:

  1. In CCH Scan Administrator, click the Folder Settings tab.
  2. In the Folders grid, select the import folder to modify.
  3. Change the settings for the folder as needed. See Setting Up an Import Folder for information about the settings you can select.
  4. Click Save.

Note: Once you have configured your settings, you can export them to an XML file. You can then import those settings into another instance of CCH Scan as needed, thus reducing the amount of setup required. See Exporting or Importing CCH Scan Settings for more information.
