Exporting or Importing CCH Scan Settings

Once you have configured your CCH Scan settings, you can export them to an XML file. You can then import the settings into another instance of CCH Scan as needed. You can export or import the settings on the following tabs in CCH Scan Administrator:

Exporting Scan Settings

  1. In CCH Scan Administrator, click the tab you want to export settings from.
  2. Click the Export/Import Settings list at the top of the tab.
  3. Click Export Settings.
  4. Navigate to the location where you want to save the settings file.
  5. Enter a file name for the settings file.
  6. Click Save.

Importing Scan Settings

  1. In CCH Scan Administrator, click the tab you want to import settings to.
  2. Click the Export/Import Settings list at the top of the tab.
  3. Click Import Settings.
  4. Navigate to the location where you the settings file is saved.
  5. Click Open.
