Removing an Import Folder

The following procedure disables CCH Scan processing for a selected import folder. It does not delete the folder from the server. To delete a folder from the server, use Windows® Explorer.

Important: Before removing a folder, verify that it is empty and that all CCH Scan jobs have been captured and processed.

To remove an import folder from CCH Scan processing, do the following:

  1. In CCH Scan Administrator, click the Folder Settings tab.
  2. Select the folder you want to remove in the Folders grid.
  3. Click Remove.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Save.
