Adding a Field or a Group of Fields for Extraction
If you need to extract data from a field or group of fields that was not automatically extracted, you can select additional fields by doing the following:
- In the Scan Validation window, click
to open the Add Field window.
- Do one of the following:
Add a field.- In the Group list, select the name of the group that contains the field to add.
- In the Field list, select the name of the field to make available for extraction.
- Enter the value for the field.
- Click OK.
Add a group of fields.- Click
next to the Group box. - Select the group that you want to add from the drop-down box.
- Click OK. You can now add fields for this group.
In the Group list, select the name of the group that contains the field to add.
In the Field list, select the name of the field to make available for extraction.
Enter the value for the field.
- Click OK.
