Setting Up CCH Scan for Use with CCH Document

Before you can use CCH Scan with CCH Document, your system administrator first must set up CCH Scan folders in CCH Document, and then perform the following procedure in CCH Scan:

  1. In CCH Scan Administrator, click the Folder Settings tab.
  2. Use the default folder settings, or click Add to create a new import folder specific to CCH Document.

    Note: A new folder path must be created for each company you have in CCH Document.

  3. Enter the CCH Scan folder path that you set up in CCH Document in the “Export Folder” field.
  4. Configure the other settings for the import folder as needed.
  5. Click Save.
