Configuring a Default Printer for Cover Pages and Target Sheets

Cover pages and target sheets are printed from CCH Scan Workstation. You can select a printer to be the default printer for cover pages and target sheets using the procedure below.

Note: If the printer you want to use as the CCH Scan default printer is not already set up on your computer, you should ask your system administrator for assistance in setting it up before you attempt to select it as a default printer in CCH Scan Workstation.

To select a default printer for cover pages and target sheets, do the following:

  1. Open CCH Scan Workstation.
  2. Select Print > Setup Default Printer to display the Print window.
  3. In the Name field, select the printer that you want to use as the default printer for cover pages and target sheets.
  4. If needed, click Properties to set up specific options for the selected printer. The available options depend on the type of printer you use. Click OK.

    Note: Do not set the printer to print on both sides of the page.

  5. Click OK.

Note: If you select Print > Remove Default Printer, you will be prompted to specify which printer to use each time you want to print.
